Ausbildung
bei KIS

Wir sind seit über 20 Jahren anerkannter Ausbildungsbetrieb für Fachkräfte in den Bereichen Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement sowie Lagerlogistik und stolz darauf, dass unsere Azubis regelmäßig unter den Jahrgangsbesten zu finden sind. Wir sehen dies als Investition in die Zukunftsfähigkeit unseres Unternehmens und sind stolz auf unsere Übernahmequote von rund 95%. Im August 2023 haben wir beim Ausbildungspreis der Dortmunder Wirtschaft sogar den 2. Platz belegt.

Die Ausbildung und Entwicklung junger Menschen zu fördern, sehen wir als wichtige unternehmerische Aufgabe. Der Austausch zwischen erfahrenen Mitarbeitenden und Auszubildenden mit einer frischen Perspektive fördert aus unserer Sicht die Innovation und den Fortschritt im Unternehmen.

As an international second generation family business we’re taking responsibilty to protect and preserve the planet for future generations. Our first PV system was connected to the grid in Dortmund back in 2010 and we‘re consistently pursuing the path towards the electrification of our company.
